Legendary is always present at that show, but Godzilla-wise, I don't know if they will unveil anything, save for perhaps some conceptual art, otherwise, their big pitches will be "Jurassic World 2" and "Pacific Rim: Uprising". It would be smart for them to keep Godzilla and Kong in the limelight and surprise us with something.

O'Shea Jackson Jr. is in negotiations to join Legendary’s “Godzilla: King of the Monsters".

It seems like they are plucking actors from "Straight Outta Compton" to be in the Monsterverse. O'Shea Jackson played his father Ice Cube in that 2015 movie.

But it does bring up an interesting thing: what if KG's wings do fold like that? This isn't the first rumor that said the wings would be different then the classic Toho ones. Although we love the classics, the truth is that the traditional wings on King Ghidorah and Rodan really don't make much sense and are only that way because of the limitations of the form with which they were created.

The lack of "big" names may also be keeping costs down for the sake of a larger production.

The original King Ghidorah is perfect in design.

No reason to change anything. The roar is especially perfect and they really screwed up in the Heisei series by changing it to some generic monster sound.
