This fella arrived recently alongside the Premium Gaira. Godzilla Awakening ver. is very cool; the new head is splendidly detailed, with a glossy purple pain job for the mouth. The translucent spines look very nice too. Unfortunately these new details - and the new, higher price - also draw more attention to the much more lackluster paint job on the rest of the figure (something I let slide on the regular release, but can't help noticing here). Still, it's a pleasure to own this figure now.
