Yeah, this has been known for a while. You can see it pretty clearly on the Bandai vinyls, too! Freaky-deaky.
First time I've seen such a clear shot, though. Cool! Thanks for posting that. What's it from?

Also interesting to note that it's no longer there at the end of the movie.

The difference between this film and GFW is regardless of whether or not you like the plot or changes to Godzilla, this film appears to be competently made.

I'd like to know how this movie has had some legs to it at the box office. Is the social commentary in the movie resonating that much with the Japanese movie goer? Even with some positive reviews the movie sounds very boring. Did Toho perfect the marketing for this movie and people are just being suckered into it?

Also is that tail pic from an X-Plus thing?

Apparently, Norman hated it so much he refused to do a full review of it and just said a few things on Facebook.
August called it a turd.
Ed G? I dunno.
Jim Ballard did a lengthy video detailing the whole thing (and ultimately coming down fairly negatively from what I understand).

Audiences in Japan are obviously enjoying it, though...or at least morbidly curious.

I understand these guys have written about these movies for decades and have shared a ton of info previously unavailable in the states, but why are we putting so much stock in their personal opinions? The fact that some are now mentally preparing to dislike the movie is silly and sad.
