Helped a friend move the last bit of stuff into his new place and watched "Frankenstein Must be Destroyed" to wind down. Holy crap is Frankenstein a dick in this movie. But I thought that the "monster" was pretty cool idea.

Watched Hammer's The Mummy, which is one of all-time favorite classic monster films. Just a perfect, lean bit of gothic horror nicely directed by Terence Fisher, and with great turns from Cushing as the hero, Lee as the tragic but terrifying Kharis, and also George Pastell as the last in a long line of priests who controls Kharis.

I'm not too fond of Universal's Kharis films, so I'm impressed by how they made such a strong film from basically the same story.
