Thats an Albatross Baragon with a 25cm X-Plus Godzilla.
I was really impressed with the release. It actually ships in two pieces (like X-Plus figures) but there is a strong magnet which holds the sculpt together rather than a flanged joint

Kuuga is hands down one of the best Kamen Rider Figuarts in a long time. Not a single piece of bad paint or quality control issues at all. I can not wait for Agito.

Couldn't find any ruined buildings small enough, so I customized z scale paper buildings by Sankei.
