GODZILLA: King of the Monsters (5-31-19 -NO SPOILERS PLEASE)

I really hope that if they give this film another title, that the farthest they go is "King of the Monsters". That would be cool. Personally, I hate all these tag lines that fans throw on photos and stuff, it takes the films TOO serious and frankly, I think it's cheesy(in the bad way), and doesn't fit. Stuff like, "a kings return is never silent" never sat well with me. Hell, I didn't even like when all the fans took the whole "I am death, the destroyer of worlds" line and running with it. I'd like something like:

Godzilla: Destroy all Monsters
King of the Monsters
Godzilla 2

Keep it simple and to the point, I prefer to stay away from getting super mythological sounding.

So I've noticed other people talking about the idea of a female lead in Godzilla II, and considering that Gareth Edwards has talked about that idea before, I'd say there's a pretty good chance of it happdning.


Either way, here's my five choices:

1. Emily Blunt

2. Jennifer Lawrence

3. Diana Kruger(think that's how you spell it)

4. Milla Jovovich

5. Scarlett Johansson(because why not)

Of that list, Blunt and Kruger are the only ones I'd be interested in. Scarlett Johansson isn't a good actress, Jennifer Lawrence is overplayed, and I just don't like Milla Jovovich

If they use Mothra in an upcoming movie, I don't think they'll incorporate the Shobijin, Mothra's ability to communicate with people, or any Infant Island mythology. GMK dropped it and used Mothra to fit its own plot; I don't see why a Hollywood production wouldn't do the same. I can see the Legendary series making Mothra another giant, prehistoric, radiation-eating animal like Godzilla and the MUTOs, which is why if they do that I'd rather they make her one of several such prehistoric giants to awaken in a new movie along with the likes of Rodan, Kameba, Anguirus, Manda, or Varan. I'd also like to see their take on a giant mammalian monster, maybe an original creation. King Seesar and the Gargantuas wouldn't really fit.

I'd also rather not see any of the Brody characters again. The first movie was their story. Those characters don't need to be magnetically drawn to all future monster appearances in their world. I'd rather see Serizawa, Graham, and Stenz brought back. Those characters have a lot of really interesting potential and it makes sense for them to chase monsters.

I'd rather see no Mothra at all then see Mothra without the Shobijin.

The Shobijin can be done. They don't even have to be tiny, just make them paranormal twins who look pretty.

I'm indifferent to the Shobijin returning, as long as they can make their presence (or absence) work for the story they're telling. But on another note, if Ghidorah returns, we clearly need Emilia Clarke on board.

Hopefully this doesnt violate the rule against double posts since its been so long (superstitious about having anything but an odd number of posts, similar to the japanese superstitions about even numbers of sneezes).

Anyway it seems there is some sort of sale for the ID4 weekend going on. On IOS theyre advertising it anyway. I havent bought any powerups but it looks like maybe theyre all a dollar if they werent before. If not I have no idea what its talking about. I finally got all the stars in the game. After downloading 1.12 I tried to get the last 10 yesterday and it all was much easier, except 77, I got 100 short the first time but played it continuously after that with no luck until this morning. Anyway good luck to all until Hawaii comes.
