Actually, there is no release of "Invasion of the Astro Monster"... Toho's international title is "Invasion of Astro-Monster". However, I myself, never abide Engrish, so I always stick the "the" in there as you did.

So to answer your question-- the international print, sort of.

No, GFan is right actually. The international print has the title card "Invasion of the Astro-Monsters".

James, really? The Japanese poster has in English "Invasion of Astro Monster", and that's the title on the international poster as well. That's also what Toho calls it nowadays.

Did you actually see the international print or did you see the British title, which was retitled the proper "Invasion of the Astro Monster"?

That's what I was thinking (that the title was the international one).

I belive the UK releases use the International titles (ie- Ebirah, Horror From the Deep, etc).. at least most of the time. Am I right James? I know the Manga video release of Gvs. Mothra '92 is just plain "Godzilla vs. Mothra".

Hmm, actually, I think musukogoji has a point. I seem to remember hearing something about a seperate UK release/title. I'll check over my tape later tonight.
