Could very well be a muto skeleton or something else. The scene of reminds me of
Irwin Allen's 1960 Lost World.
I think there will be a few clues in the movie to the existence of other gigantic life forms probably not even brought up in dialog.

Speculation in this thread is getting under my skin, because a lot of details of Snowden's script were confirmed in yesterday's trailer, and i just want to flat out tell people if they are on the money or if it's probably something else. :?

I don't mind leaked scripts and plot details, I just don't want to be an active part in them. When GXMG was first released, someone made their avatar from a gif of Mothra getting killed by Godzilla's beam. That was my favorite scene in the movie and it was completely ruined well before the movie came out (even by unmentionable sources).

Suffice to say, I loathe spoilers even though I know many people love them.

Yeah, I couldn't help myself when it came to that script. Being spoiled doesn't really bother me much.

Anyway, does anyone else think that they changed Godzilla's design a bit since the first teaser trailer?

After having watched the trailer about 5000 times (if you can stream it to a 50in+ tv with surround sound, I highly recommend it) The honest to god only critique I have is the standard trailer FWOM FWOM FWOM noise. I feel like instead of using that, they should have used giant foot steps. I think this will go down as one of my favorite trailers ever.

The bones can't be from Muto though, right? Being of insect origin, they wouldn't have skeletons. Then again, it's a fictional animal...
