Mini-Tyra?

"OH GODZILLA! WHAT TERRIBLE LANGUAGE!" yeah! That's awesome! It looks a bit smaller than I expected though.

Very cool Christmas presents. Also, nice to see Kiryu.

My latest "purchase" should be arriving later this week... and I am pretty excited about seeing it in person. I would totally be jealous if someone else were to get this instead of me.

I've been a big fan of 95% of the SHMA sculpts and paints so far.. most of my concerns have come from occasional articulation choices which diminish those sculpts... but i've beaten that dead horse in the SHMA thread

KaijuZoo helped me mark off an item from my 2014 wishlist!

- Marmit Monster Heaven Biollante (Green/Gold) (the smaller sculpt of the MH Biollante sculpts)

I found a Trendmasters Bendable Godzilla at a flea market today, I already had one, but it was just a 1.00.

My comic shop got some more MonsterArts in and they had the Destroyer Evolution set for $42.99. I couldn't pass it up. I've had it open for a few minutes and it's pretty cool. But it is DEFINITELY not worth the $90 SRP. Not at all. I feel like the price I paid is much more reasonable, and that's only because of how complex the engineering and production was for all these tiny pieces that make up the articulation.

As for the figures, they are pretty awesome. The sculpts on all three are dang near as perfect as a toy can get and the paint is really well done for a mass produced item. The articulation is generally well thought out and executed. You do have to be careful with the tiny legs as they will pop off the ball joint if you're not gentle. They are all quite small, but I expected that.

Over all I'm glad I got them (I'm especially jazzed to have a nice flying form of Destroyer) but I'm also really glad I got them for about half of the retail price.

Sorry for no pictures, my digital camera broke and my cell phone takes horrible ones.

So January was a very expensive month for me... I picked up a SHMA Biollante, Marmit MH Biollante, and Gigabrain Ghidorah..and now my latest Yahoo Auction delivery just came in.
So I got the Bandai Museum Ganime, but even though he's still in the bag, one of the antenna is broken off...not sure why they didnt mold those separately ... :?
I also picked up a couple more Godzilla "coins" and a Yuji Kaida artbook.

I'm sorry to hear about your Ganime figure. Are you going to leave the figure as is, or plan to have it repaired?

Thanks.
I'm thinking of trying to repair it myself, but the sheer point is tiny and close to the base so I am worried about getting the angle wrong when i reattach it. Also in the past i havent had the precision needed for repairs and ended up with epoxy slop around the fix point. So any suggestions would be very welcome!
Overall (with import fees) the figure ran me about $80, so its probably still a steal even with a broken antenna. The last one i saw on ebay cleared $300 and the only other one i can find is 29800¥... Anyone I'm still on the lookout for the other two but I heard Gezora was a bit fragile too

Bought the SHMAs of MOGUERA and G64. G64 was on sale for $48 on an Amazon flash deal so I couldn't pass it off.

Now I'm just missing four releases (Destoroyah, Destoroyah Evo Set, G2K, and Kiryu. Well in a few weeks it'll be five once Battra is officially released.
