Yeah that's pretty much how I feel about it too. Normally trailer leaks are in the style of that second teaser, shaky, cam-corded footage with bad audio that someone has sneakily filmed somewhere where they very clearly weren't supposed to. I can't remember any other time when we've had a proper, official HD-quality "leak" like this that was obviously taken directly from the source footage rather than filmed off-screen.
Plus the other little things like the Akira Takarada account it was first posted under and the original "Fatman" name, which on their own could certainly just be dismissed as the work of a fan, but taken with the really good quality of the teaser just leads me to believe it was done intentionally. Hell, even Gareth Edwards said at this year's Comic-Con that he was actually disappointed the teaser didn't leak last year. So it doesn't seem at all far-fetched to me that it was done intentionally.
