Sneak into Marvel Studios, take a video of some footage from Captain America: The Winter Solder, post it online, and watch how fast Marvel runs around stripping it down. This isn't unique to WB, and this footage isn't something that we're entitled to. It's not like this is something that's been playing regularly on TV and they're taking it down, this is something that's at the moment, their private property, that's being put online without their knowledge or consent.

Take a video of me showering and put it up online and see how fast I scramble to try to get it pulled down.

"Waaah! WB won't let me see the trailer that hasn't been released yet!" Talk about first world f*cking problems. If that's the biggest issue in your life such that you can upload videos and create gifs on tumblr and bombard WB and Legendary with complaints, then you should take a step back and realize how GRATEFUL you should be that THAT is the biggest problem in your life and quit your b*tching.
There are a lot of crybabies in this fandom right now that need a swift boot to the teeth.

If only the original Comic Con trailer was leaked and widely discussed on the internet, even outside of Godzilla forums...I guess we will have to wait and see if they include it as a special feature on the DVD. I really wish SOMEONE would have leaked that trailer. I can almost imagine it.

I actually think the 2001 music is public domain. It didn't originate from that film.

Anyway, in regards to a band using the music, it all depends on who ponied up the money. Maybe that band or their management payed the estate for the rights. Chances are it was the band's management and/or publishing that handled that, not Warner Bros.

Or maybe it isn't a money situation at all... maybe the estate doesn't like how the speech is used for this, but had no problem with how the band used it. It could be a myriad of reasons or combinations of reasons.

Uh, does it matter if he dies or not? In the case of sequels, I've never known a monster dieing in any franchise to stop sequels spewing from the woodwork.
