I'd rather not see a preview five months in advance. I'm anxious enough just knowing it's coming.
Through the course of the last few years I've pretty much accepted the fact that no matter how they handle these things, some people are always going to have a pissy attitude about it, because it isn't handled exactly the way that suits them best. I know it's coming, and I'm pretty sure it'll be a fun ride if nothing else. That's all I really give a sh*t about right now.
If it does poorly because of bad marketing, will I be upset? A little, but but I'm not so self-entitled that I'd be offended. It will be right there when people look in the papers or on the internet to see showtimes, and if they didn't want to give it a chance, then that's their loss. I appreciate the fact that people want so badly for this to succeed; I want it to succeed in a big way, but some people need to take a breather.
I'd rather focus on whether or not I'll like it. Which, I think I will, so there's actually nothing that's bothering me right now. I'm actually just happy that it's happening. Wow.
