Some sections don't have the highlighted Godzilla icons to denote read/unread threads like this section or the toys section

Also it appears that the email notifications are not coming through

OK, Avatars are on, and Jim is advising me that the e-mail issue is resolved.

It appeares that some posts from the Recently Watched Movies thread are missing. The last post is mine about Scream 3 & 4, and I know there was posts after that. Not sure if there is anything that could be done about that or are the posts are lost in the digital wind?

I like the new look. Spiffy, and the increased Sci Fi Japan branding is a good thing - it's the tops in this fandom.

Shouldn't the view active topics be bringing up any threads with new posts? There are some new posts in the fandom threads that aren't showing up in the view active topics.

edit: missed the view new posts link, which does what I was looking for. On another board I frequent, its the view active topics that I normally refresh.

Is there a way to show topics as read once we leave like on the old boards?

What about forum skins I kind of liked the old MZ skin better.

I'm able to view the CT/MZ Project HQ section which was previously hidden... I don't know if it's already been mentioned in the thread and others can see it too, or if my permissions aren't set correctly. Either way, it's cool to see those threads and what might have been.

Is there any way to darken the background of this page? The bright white background is very glaring, and somehow, not very inviting. It's sterile, not very cozy. I think this page could use a little more personality of sorts.

Granted, that's not a bug, but I think it's an issue worth discussing (maybe I'm the only one who feels this way) and I don't know where else to bring this up.

Also, the new post icon (the red, scrolling page) could maybe use an upgrade into something that stands out a bit more.
