Don't know if there are any free coloring programs. But most of the good ones come at a good price. There is a free trial of Adobe Photoshop here....at Adobe....

Remember, search engines are your friend. :P
A while back I did a search on free paint programs at Google. The search turned up some that aren't free, but free was part of the site wording or something.

There's a lot of em listed, but I don't know how good they are. Paint programs also come with scanners.
