Ok, THAT one looks like the mood piece Godzilla, especially the face and neck.

I think the end piece is an amalgam of the two we've seen, though again the skin texture to me was rougher and darker but that may have been because it was dark.

The dorsal plates remind me of the puzzle picture and on the mood piece while the final product was a bit more aggressive and definitely more aggressive dorsals than the bearzilla maquette.

The feet are stubby like that, I don't know why unless they decided that to keep him upright and tail dragging he needed more elephant type feet to handle the weight.
