This is one of my least favorite Godzilla movies, for a multitude of reasons:

Godzilla's design. I liked the white eyes, but the overall design made Godzilla look even more like a T-Rex. Or at least a real dinosaur.

The `Guardian Monsters' might as well have been called `The Cannon Fodder Monsters', considering how ineffective they were. And I don't like the idea of King Ghidorah being on the side of good.

The SFX in some parts. If the CGI pic of Ghidorah hadn't already been posted, I probably would have posted it myself.

The ending. Meh.

The things I did like about it:

Kaneko's directing.

Admiral Tachibana. I wouldn't have minded seeing more of this character.

I love this suit. I think I love all of the redesigns, but the Godzilla look did a lot in selling me on this as a kid.

GMK is the best-made Millenium film, hands down. It has the most craftsmanship, care, and heart out of all of them.

However, I do find myself enjoying G2K and GXMG more. They were the most fun I had going through the modern Godzilla movies.
