the latest news... (news does NOT equal hype)

Burning Gojira will be at the San Diego Comic Con this year. Which if that is the case, then we may be getting ready to see (perhaps) the arrival of Destoroyah (Final Form). We have already seen the smaller form already. If they even have the smaller form available, you have to have more than one to really make "the movie experience". The smaller form shown appeared to be too small to really make a significant impact. Who knows which direction they go with that, whether it be an exclusive or regular purchase. In time we shall all see. Though it would have to be less expensive than the Little Godzilla Junior as there won't be any crystal sets to go along with it, and other options are really far out of the picture, unless you get offered a Super X III attack craft and those ground freezing cannons.

I'd like to know where Toy Freakz got their source of info, because the only other English-language source that originally mentioned the SDCC MonsterArts was CollectionDX, and they only hinted at the identity of the figure, never stated it outright. Bit of a leap to consider it fact when we have nothing concrete yet.

If Bluefin had been informing dealers, the info would have proliferated much more readily than that. There would be no reason to keep it unconfirmed from the public over /toy/, Twitter, or Facebook. It makes more sense if for whatever reason CDX pressed enough to get the info leading to their hint.

The only reason I don't buy into this yet is that I don't see why Bandai would make Burning Godzilla of all things an exclusive. Now if it was Meltdown, okay, I can see that, but Burning Goji? It really seems like a figure that should appear in mass retail. We'll see, because it's not going to take long before we get official word anyway.
