I finally picked up the Starter Box today, it's been sold out everywhere in Tampa since Christmas! Good news I suppose for Tiga! Anyway I only got to watch the first episode and I'm quite impressed with FUNi's handling of this series. Now remember my previous...dealings...with FUNi have been with their horrid handling of Dragon Ball Z (edited, no jap language, three episodes per disk, high price tag). But with Tiga, it's like they've turned completely around. Rather than releasing the dub they've given us the original Japanese Tiga, unedited, with good transfers, high episode count per disk, and very reasonably priced. Man...good work FUNi, keep it up (and release some Super Sentai!).

Thanks for the info RobD. I like V2's cover more than V1...I think it's the red.

I was thinking that FX should show the whole Ultraman Tiga series on it channel. It might help the sales of the Ultraman Tiga DVD.
