Shewt, I was gonna try and hold out till June, but the mere announcement has me wanting to pick it up now.

Hmm.., well if I land one more freelance gig or manage to squeeze my security deposit from my old landlord, I'm going straight to Best Buy. Otherwise, I'll be good. :)

I was just talking to Brian from Shout! yesterday, we were talking about how some people "wait" to pick up these releases -- especially foreign films -- and that just makes the executive of the DVD companies think that the sales are poor, so why are we bothering with this stuff. This is especially true with 40+ year old movies, so PLEASE go out and buy this disc and support these releases from Shout! Factory. It's only $16.95, people (cheaper from some online sites)! Don't come bitching about anything that happens, if you didn't put your money where your mouth is. :)

Yeah I've seen many DVD releases go down the crapper because even the hardcore fans have a "I'll wait and get it later/cheaper" approach to the releases. Please don't do this guys. Buy the damn thing right now and show SHOUT! that we're enthusiastic about these releases. This stuff is aimed for the fans. If we don't buy them, who is?

So again, it's not even $20. Get off your asses and buy this. NOW!!!!!!!!

Ouch. Good point, August. But I'm with Jared on this one too. I'm having to be hella conservative with my spending to stay afloat and a $15 impulse buy isn't something I should be doing. I'm not waiting until it goes down, it is a good deal, it's just not in my May budget. :oops:

August have the special Features been annouced for the Barugon disc yet?


I'm going to be buying them indvidually hopefully if a boxset comes out it doesn't features extras not on the single discs.
