We'll be giving away six copies of Shout!'s first release GAMERA, THE GIANT MONSTER at this upcoming kaiju event in San Francisco. Note, that the event is happening on May 7, 11 days before the official street date for the DVD!

is there a reason Gamera was filmed in Black and White?

I mean it came out in the mid 60s and othe rfilms were filmed in color at this point.
