Day 1, Review 1 - . I doubt anyone will be offended when I claim that this might be the best horror film ever crafted by Universal Studios...it's amazing, breathtaking, and beyond all that, I was actually entertained!

Day 2, Review 2 - I've always been pretty "Meh" on this movie...it's not bad, but I think Frankenstein, The Mummy, and The Invisible Man are all better...

Day 3, Review 3 - I pretty much thought this was a waste of time...Villarias has NOTHING on Lugosi and well, I thought Lugosi was the only REALLY awesome thing about the original...on its own merits, it's ok, but one day after viewing the original, it doesn't stand up

Day 4, Review 4 - there's a couple flaws that keep us from perfection here, but this is a VERY good movie

Day 5, Review 5 - . Pretty good, not great, but pretty good

Day 6, Review 6 i've liked this since I first saw it recently

Day 7, Review 7 I like this movie

In my International Cinema class we watched Good Bye Lenin! and The Lives of Others, two German flicks with different perspectives on life in East Germany before the fall of the Berlin Wall. GBL was pretty good, but Lives of Others was terrific, surely deserving its best Foreign Film Oscar.

The Adventures of Robin Hood
Watched it last night on TCM. Wonderfuul adventure film with a great cast.

Day 8, Review 8 - - Mouth (and anyone else that puts this in the upper echelon of Universal Horror) you will want to avoid this one

Day 9, Review 9 boring

Day 10, Review 10 . AWESOME

Day 11, Review 11 - Quite good

Day 12, Review 12 if you never see this movie in your life, you're better for it...

Day 13, Review 13 pretty good if it is a bit stupid

Day 14, Review 14 the timing of this was completely unintentional...this movie rules, btw

Angels & Demons

I'm not a big fan of Tom Hanks, but the movie wasn't too bad.

Week 3:
Day 15, Review 15 not really good, but at least it is watchable

Day 16, Review 16 meh...

Day 17, Review 17 I love the mummy series

Day 18, Review 18 not a fan...it's too boring and senseless to be any good...

Day 19, Review 19 holy bad

Day 20, Review 20 I like it

Evidently, I had a lot of people clicking on google ads from one office intranet and Google disabled my AdSense account...if my appeal doesn't go through, I'm thinking my production of new reviews is going to drop off DRAMATICALLY...one of the biggest reasons I was doing this is because I was making like $20 a month (and steadily increasing with an ultimate goal of maybe like $1000 per year, anything else woulda just been gravy) from AdSense and without that, some of the motivation behind posting such lengthy, well-written, and well-organized reviews is going to go away...

i'm especially mad because I was like $5 from my first paycheck from Google...

...

I was going to do the original...but didn't have it handy and Valentine's Day is UPON us! I also wanted to do something outside the Unviersal Horror realm for my 50th hub....

well, actually I WAS planning on doing The Wolfman but won't be seeing it before I post my next 'challenge' hub so I had to come up with SOMETHING...

and Kain, I swear I thought I remembered you were the same age as me...I remember that topic about how old everyone is (or was that not on this board? dude, these DAILY movie reviews are wearing on my sanity...) and we were ALL like 24 years old!

btw, Blazing Saddles is AMAZINGLY inappropriate...it's one of those movies too that gets funnier the more you see and when you know the jokes and the quotes....I say, "Nuffim, eh!?!?!" on a nearly daily basis...and that's a bit line of a bit part of the movie...
