Finally got around to watching Frankenstein Conquers the World and wow, what an excellent movie. I've only watched the US version so far, but I still loved it. Pretty much everything about it was awesome.
I loved the special effects and I especially loved all the miniature sets. They put the sets in all the Millennium films to absolute SHAME. The forest one was probably the best of all them, right above the city Frankenstein was in after breaking free of his cage.
To be honest, I really enjoyed the dub as well. I thought it was fairly well done, and good ol' Nick Adams felt really true to his role. He didnt come off as too fake or corny.
Music was good too, but other than the movie's theme that plays when you're at the DVD menu, none of it is too memorable, at least for me.
So yeah, I really enjoyed it, and I'm going to enjoy 3 more times (International version, Japanese version, and the audio commentary)! All in all, it's an excellent, excellent film and I'm so glad I got the DVD.
There's a reason why they call it the Golden Age; it's because of films like this, man.
