This movie is bleeping amazing! I hope someday we get a good R1 release but I really have my doubts as far as that ever happening.

This movie is terrible, but its so much fun that its hard to hate. Richard Boone's drunken acting is worth the price alone.

Yes I suppose I should have mentioned that in no way when I say it is amazing am I claiming that it is a good film. It it just...something you have to see...I still think a T-Rex that size (almost as large as Godzilla at times) who is that smart and systematically pissing off Pat Boone by killing everyone but him is just plain awesome. This is the type of movie that should be remade lol...something that has an interesting concept...(basically a rehash of Moby Dick but with a T-Rex instead of a whale) but was a crap movie in the end. Speaking of endings the ending of this one is very remisecent of Predator...man laying all sorts of trap trying to kill a monster in the woods.

The price makes this one of those "I want it, but do I really want it?", sort of things, especially with the Gamera and Daimajin sets coming out. On blu-ray, no less.

I know you're probably joking, but that's not the ending I remember. The one I recall was Boone refuses to go back with the others to the Polar Boarer, leaving him behind to presumably fight the T-Rex for the rest of each other's lives.
