Just watched the handcam vid AICN has up. The trailer doesn't seem to be showing the movie all that well, it kind of ends with a "meh". Lots of disaster type shots with explosions and screaming. Some scenes that might have featured a Decepticon but with all the explosions it could have been the Eiffel tower on fire and falling down.

Paramount better get a new and better trailer worked up quick. I'd like to actually like this second movie -- the first one's a passable action type movie, but I don't think it really says "Transformers" like it should.

I thought the new trailer was awesome. It successfully conveys a much darker tone, which is what I was hoping.

There's a lot of new Transformers in the trailer...not sure what you guys are missing?

another of the constructicons (one transforming from the ground, and another throwing prime around like a rag doll, for a total of two)
three autobots that were chasing the audi decepticon

I'm really excited about this movie. I love Transformers as much as Godzilla, sometimes even more.
