I believe that the Titanosaurus, Mechagodzilla II and Showa Godzilla Bandai figures of the 6" line were wildly popular with 20+ collectors and have sold out thanks to such toy collectors.

I think it really depends upon which toys you're talking about. Certainly, there is some profitable market for Bandai Japan for older Godzilla toys.

The previously mentioned CCP GMK Godzilla & Gamera were released at Super Festival this past weekend. Here are some other things from that show:

Gigabrain blue/black Godzilla 1962 - limited to 70 pieces

Gigabrain purple/black Godzilla 1962 - not announced in advance & limited to 30 pieces:

Hazawa Gumi had several color variants of their Godzilla figures at the show, but at least some of these had already been released:

Pilot Ace unpainted Gigan & King Ghidorah:

Pilot Ace's previously announced blue Hedorah was available at this show, and they also released a new version of their Godzilla 1964, with a mini mothra larvae:

Heres a real oddball, a head sculpt of Godzilla '54 before his design was finalized. This is how he looked in the old storyboards.

Here are pics of the latest GigaBrain figures that will be released in July. I must say I am not very impressed with the Gaigan.

That Gigan's hot. Bias and all, but hey, I'd get it. Would look nice next to the purple JJ as well, I think, but I'd like to see that Gigan from some other angles as well. And with better lighting - I have a feeling the black isn't as dark and masking the details as much as it appears in those pics.

Megahouse is really kickin' em out these days. Guess they're feeling pretty good after those artworks sets. I haven't even pre-ordered the 54 one yet.

Anyone know who's taking orders on those?
