That's a lot of units Kain compared to the 360's 800,000 world wide on it's launch

Def. more than the 300,000 whatever (340,000 I think) 360's in the states at launch, and obviously more than the 400,000 for the PS3. Overall, not bad. Nintendo obviously has enough experience launching a system to know how to do it right.

Yep, the Wii version launches with the system - the Gamecube version comes out a couple weeks later.

I just checked GameStops website, and they're apparently getting ready to start preorders. I saw a rumor the other day that they were going to start preorders on October 9.

Just got back from EB. I got there at 6:45 AM, and was number 5 in line. Got my pre-order in! They only allocated 14 systems to the store, and all the spots were taken up by 8 AM. Lots of dissapointed people showed up at around 9:30 thinking they'd get one. :lol:

I put $100 down on the Wii, $5 on Zelda, and $5 on Red Steel.
