On some occsaions, I prefer Godzilla King of the Monsters! over Ishiro Honda's original film. I find that the Raymond Burr version is sometimes easier to watch. The Same goes for Rodan, Mothra and any other movie I grew up watching. I'm more used to the dubbing in films like Godzilla vs. The Thing and War of the Gargantuas, than hearing the actors speak in their actual voices. Honestly, I could probably recite every dubbed version of a Toho fantasy film verbatim, and backwords.
