Hmmm... Thanks for the reminder. I'd kind of blocked that out. lol.
I think you are correct...

Hiyata was still alive and he still had the beta capsule and eventualy Ultraman returns to Earth and re-bonds with him I assume. In the Mebius movie trailer we see Hiyata using the beta capsule again. Now Hiyata is looking pretty old. I guess when he dies, the same thing will happen that happend in the final episode.

I wonder if Ultraman will take a human form like Ultraseven did. I bet he will look like Billy Bob Thornton in Bad Santa.

Ultraman took Hayata's form in an episode of Ultraman Taro, he did not rebond with him. Mebius may contain some of the continuity of the previous Ultras, but perhaps it just picks and chooses. thinking about it too much will just make your head hurt! :lol:

Whoa?! So Ultraman doesn't rebond with Hayata after the series ends? He just copies his own human form after Hayata like Seven?

My mind has just been blown.
