Mine was a graphics processor. Today when I went to take the system in they just game me a new unit and let me keep every that mine original came with (manuals, HDD, A/V cables, etc) and when testing it out it worked fine.

Yeah, so I got flamed about that on Gamefaqs. I had no idea that it woudl start you over. In good news, I finished all 4 cases and it is just about 7 pm, so I guess that is good.

How long have you had the system for? Chances are you can still get the warranty from Best Buy if you have the reciept.

Ya, oh well... Im just glad this whole mess will finally be coming to an end (hopefully). It's not about the fact that I haven't been able to play, it's about the fact that something happened and they, the experts, were wrong about the problem. I know, people make mistakes but it took 4 phone calls 2 of which were to double check if they were right or not. Just seems like they don't really have their stuff together over there sometimes.

Those "experts" are just people reading from a sheet of paper to try to determine your problem and whether or not you should send it in for tech support.

PS3 I can almost garuntee you'll have problems with. From what I've read they're having playback problems with PS1 and PS2 games and not only those two but they're having problems with there biggest selling point Blu-Ray
