Which Ultraman actor was in a fight some years ago?

Some years ago, at a time I wasn't really interested in Ultraman, I red the following news on a teletext page:
"Japan: The actor incarnating Ultraman has been arrested for being in a fight."

Which Ultraman was that, and what was that matter all about?
