Favorite "iconic" images

You know, for me, the favorite image from a Godzilla film is those shots of Godzilla, or another monster, far away looking WAY larger than they actually are, while the people run in panic in the foreground. Examples include Godzilla vs. Mothra (64), and many more.

I don't know what it is about that kind of thing, but it is awesome. It has a feeling of terror. A feeling that we are in the presence of smething that is not of our understanding. A truly threatening prensense.

I want to know what you all consider to be your favorite "iconic" images of the kaiju genre, whether it be atomic breath or what else...
