Stock footage from Frankenstein Vs. Baragon in Ultraseven?

Is it just me or is there stock footage from Frankenstein Vs. Baragon in Ultraseven? I was watching the clips James posted on Tokyo Monsters (which are awesome, BTW) and clip #22 shows several explosions and many of the shots appear to be from the Atomic Bomb sequence from FvsB's opening.

Are they?
