Would Zeton have won anyway?

I am a diehard Ultraman fan. I have been for over thirty years. A question has been bothering me for just about that long: Would Ultraman have defeated Zeton had his color timer not been damaged?. I tell you Zeton was fighting Ultraman tough and looked capable of winning. I want to know what you fellow Ultraman fans think about this. Would Zeton have won anyway? All replies welcome.
