You're forgetting Mechagodzilla as well.......he was in a couple of the millineum films. As much as I love King Ghidorah and Mechagodzilla, I feel they shouldn't be used for a long while and Mothra never again IMO. It just seems that Toho tries to find new ways for Godzilla to battle these three in some form or fashion other than using monsters who haven't been around for a long while. I think the best course of action for the next film series would be to have Godzilla battle kaiju other than those 3.

I think Mothra, like Godzilla, needs an extended vacation, say minimum five years(IMO it should be somewhat longer). IMO long vacations for Godzilla and Mothra + new storylines when kaiju return=success($) for TOHO.
