Let's take a look at this list by publisher/developer:

EA:

Madden 06
NBA live 06
Need for Speed Most wanted
Fight Night Round 3 <<<<pure speculation.....Round 3 hasn't even been announced, and probably won't use the "round" moniker anymore.
Battlefield Modern Combat( A.K.A. "Battlefield 2")
The Godfather
Black
Burnout 4 (is out of the question for the first year or so, but it has been announced)<<<<<This'd be "Burnout: Revenge", which is supposedly due on this XBOX and not 360.
Batman Begins
FIFA Street 2
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
James Bond: From Russia With Love
Medal of Honor: Dogs of War
Marvel vs EA
SSX 4
Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 2006
Urbz 2

Activision:

Call of Duty 2
Tony Hawk Next
Quake 4
Spiderman Ultimate
Spiderman 3 <<<<Possible in the future, but NOT at launch. Nothing's set in stone, not even for the movie itself.
True Crime 2

Vivendi:

Scarface <<If I'm not mistaken, this is set for the current generation, and NOT 360, unless Vivendi got a change of heart at the last minute.
Chronicles of Riddick: Next <<<<Unless this is a port of the PC director's cut, I don't even think this should be on the list.....

[Sega:

Condemned

Capcom:

Resident Evil 5 <<<<<THIS is where I needed to get...First off - Things at CAPCOM have yet to die down from Mikami's withdrawal from CAPCOM, and studio reps have yet to find the man to direct the next story, which, if they did their math correctly, is supposed to start production next fall. If all goes well, Flagship will develop it after the rumored PSP "RE". The only things that's certain, for now atleast, is that the team behind 4 returns for 5.

Why not put "Resident Evil 4: Unbound" here instead?...Just not at launch.

Konami:

<New Ninja Turtles Game> should be here too...but not at launch, I guess...
WInning Eleven 9
Silent Hill 5

Take-Two:

Elder Scrolls Oblivion
Max Payne 3
MLB 2K6

Tecmo:

Dead or Alive 4
Ninja Gaiden 2
Code Chronus <<<This one's either scrapped or secretly on its' way to the current XBOX.

Microsoft:

Halo 3
Fable 2
Crimson Skies 2
Mistwalker RPG <<<<Sakagushi-san has yet to start pre-production. This one's coming, alright, just not at launch.
The dashboard

Warner Bros:

Dirty Harry

Namco:

Nothing yet
<Tales Of Phantasia sequel>
<Ridge Racer game>

Eidos:

Tomb Raider 7

Ubisoft:

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 3
Peter Jackson's King Kong
Splinter Cell 4
Killing Day (working title)

Unknown:

Wardevil < - Epic Games
Dark Sector
Gears of War < - Epic Games
Retribution

Since Code Chronus only focuses on Kasumi and Ayane, I wouldn't buy it anyway.

I bet this list refers to planned 360 titles, but not necessarily launch games. Example=DOA4 is likely at launch, but NOT Gaiden 2.

From Kotaku.com:

I’m hearing that rumors of an Xbox 360 removable hard drive that doubles as a media player, nicknamed the Xpod, is just that. Apparently, even Microsoft hasn’t decided if they want to create such a beast. But if they do, rest assured that it won’t be selling for the $100 upgrade price that will get you a hard drive, backwards compatibility and WebTV at launch.

I also found out a little more about the whole backwards compatibility issue. The reason Msoft is going with two Xbox 360s at launch is because they wanted to save money on their new system by removing the hard drive, but the box needs a hard drive to guarantee backwards compatibility.

Interestingly enough, nVidia still owns patents on some of the original guts of the Xbox, so Msoft would have to pay royalties to the graphics company to use backwards compatibility. By moving this functionality to a $100 add-on, Msoft only has to pay royalties on that smaller amount of cash, instead of the full price of a new unit. Clever little buggers aren’t they?

On the design side of things, it sounds like the removable hard dive will be designed to fit into a port near the top (or left side if you stand it on end) of the Xbox 360 and will easily slide in and out of the console.

Stay tuned for more Microsoft state secrets as we near the MTV kick-off of the Xbox 360.

Apparently it's from ourcolony.net so it must be real.

If you rotate the image it looks like it could be the side with those holes being on the back of the console to allow air in/out. That metal thing doesn't really look like a button, maybe it's allow you to customise the console as MS have suggested? You take it off, remove that section of the casing, put a new casing on and put that thing back in place to hold it together. :?

Or maybe it's a new and magical button that does things we simply cannot begin to imagine...

Maybe that 'button' is actually the removable hard drive. I'm still looking for a pic that's rumored to be the front view of the 360. I know I've seen it somewhere.

From Kotaku.com:

?????????

Likely fake... at least I hope so. The 360 is rumored to be able to stand on its side, but what's with the 'handles'?

This is a lot like when pics of GINO fiirst showed up in G-Fan, and I hoped that the leaked design wasn't legit.

Check out page 3 of this topic, when I linked to that image before you said, "Nope, that's a decoy. The actual Xenon prototype is said to look pretty cool, with controllers that are very close to S in design."

Just from the shape of the consoles I don't think the ourcolony image looks like it could have been taken from that console.
