Japamese sci-fi movie or tv producers?

I joined to ask if any advice, please, on specific Japanese movie/tv production companies who would perhaps be interested in a plot and synopsis with script for a sci-fi theme which would suit the Japanese taste for their particular wonderful brand?
Idea involves 'Mental Regression' weapon technology and it falling into the wrong hands
Idea is from an original story though very much adapted etc
