On July 19th, SciFi JAPAN TV was in Studio Alta in Shinjuku, Tokyo as the winner of a national vote for the favorite Godzilla movie was announced live on television. All that Heisei love.
I've warmed up to a few of the entries in the series lately, like Godzilla vs Mothra and Godzilla vs Destroyah, but Godzilla vs Biollante is just too rough. I might give it another shot though.

It was interesting to see Naoki Urasawa talking since Godzilla and Ultraman seemed to have a deep impact on his childhood if '20th Century Boys' is any indicator.
Also, i could not be more excited for next week's episode. I have always loved the Wonderfest coverage that ScifiJapan has done in the past on their website.

I understand that the Heisei series is rather popular. I don't like it, but that's how it is.
