Man.. I grew up watching the Winnie the Pooh cartoons. I haven't felt this bummed since I learned Jerry Orbach had passed away.

By the way, who did Peter Cullen voice?

Someone should give Peter Cullen a microphone and a dictionary and get him to say every word in the English language so we'll still have the voice of Optimus Prime whenever he dies.

Peter Cullen, the man who voiced Eyore the Donkey also the voice of Optimus Prime and first season KARR from Knight Rider. Second season KARR was voiced by Paul Frees who did Boris Batinov from Rocky and Bullwinker, and also Bombur from the Hobbit.

No, just having him reading a phone book would make me happy.

There are like 7 male voices in American cinematics that should be given a phone book and a microphone to speak into.

Sean Connery

David Kaye

Keith David

Peter Cullen

Paul Frees (to bad he's dead)

Orsan Wells (to bad he's dead)

James Earl Jones (should have put him on the top of the list)

Burr....just thinking about these guys reading phonebooks makes me frisky!

This is expecially sad for me. Winnie the Pooh was THE cartoon for me as a child. I have so many memories of renting Pooh videos, reading the original A. A. Milne stories, ect.

Recently I was reading an old interview with the late Douglas Adams, author of, of course; The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. The interviewer asked if Lewis Caroll had a huge impact on him as a child, Adams responded saying that he hated Caroll as a child and that he was much more inspired by A. A. Milnes Pooh stories. I felt a strange kind of kinship at that moment, and it brought a big smile to my face.

T-T-F-N, ta-ta for now.
