A plea for help

Hey all! It's been a bittersweet day for me. My best friend, my brother from another mother, and his wife had their first child today. He stands a statuesque 21 inches from the earth and tips the scales at an earth shattering eight pounds.

However, this pregnancy hasn't been very easy and the delivery was no exception. Both mother and son aren't doing as well as they should be. If you could take just a minute from your day and say a prayer for them(or if that isn't your thing, just send them some good vibes) I would deeply appreciate it. These folks mean the world to me.
