Just a bump on this and a kindly plea that if you have read it, or even started it, to give it a review on Amazon. I'm really looking for constructive feedback and I'd also like to have at least a few reviews on the page to entice others to give it a try. If you have insanely scathing, or negative, thoughts regarding my work then fair enough, PM on here and let me know what I could do better in the future.
