It's tough to recommend any specific exercises or anything, but I'd recommend some sort of DVD workout...because it will keep you on a schedule and an effective pace during your workout itself.

I'll probably walk on a treadmill, I can't run every time I do I get winded really easy and cough, it's almost like a smoker's cough but I don't smoke.

I'll either walk on the treadmill or do the excercise bike as that's good. I'm going to wait to start lifting until I slim down another 35-40lbs.

By cutting junk food and soda out of my diet I lost 2lbs in a day. :D

I should see more weight loss results as the week progresses because of my work keeping me moving constantly.

Believe me when I say I dont want to discourage you because I am doing the same. But it's better to monitor progress over longer stretches. One week or even two week intervals. Bodyweight can vary +/- 2lbs in any given day depending on what you eat, or what time of day you weighed yourself.

After one week my scale shows I lost 4.5 lbs, I attribute only about 2 of that as actual weight loss. Aer several weeks weighing yourself at the same time of day is when the real progress will show.

One month in on my diet and I lost 15 pounds, I was hoping for 20 but 15 is still a good number. Just need to lose about 45lbs then I'll start working on build muscle.
