Riddles/Logic Puzzles

No real rules, but I'd say we should try to refrain from having tons of "active" riddles without answers given (and confirmed by the original riddler), and there should be a 24-hr rule...if nobody comes up with the right answer in 24-hrs, the riddler has to fess up.
Kicking it off:
We all know that a sundial is the timepiece with the least moving parts.......whats the timepiece with the most moving parts?
