I agree the Anaheim/Nashville series will be interesting but I don't think its a series many people will care about.

Not time to hit the panic button yet but...well, almost...
we haven't looked like ourselves yet.
where is the team that went 16-4-4 to end the season?
where is the team that scrapped and did EVERYTHING it took to win a game?
where is the team that always played sound fundamentally if nothing else?
these clowns are stumbling, bumbling, turning the puck over, and hesitating to take chances.
Defense looks ATROCIOUS and play in our own zone is a MASSIVE concern.
Just lost 'home ice' advantage...

Game 4 tonight and I'm TERRIFIED...
imo, we NEED to win or we WILL lose the series but it's not just about winning, it's about the WAY we win.
if the Sabres show me that they can put together a full 60 minutes of hockey and play a full game from puck drop to the final ticks, i think we'd be able to parlay a victory tonight into some momentum and take the series in either 6 or 7 games.
but if they win an ugly game like game 1 where it's due to almost sheer luck rather than taking the bull by the horns, i think we'll lose in 7
if we lose tonight, i think it's over in 5...
