Steve Johnson of the Buffalo Bills celebrated his first of three touchdowns this week in the Bills 49-31 comeback victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in a rather unique fashion:
Johnson finished the game with 8 receptions for 137 yards and 3 touchdowns.

I applaud Steve Johnson and the Buffalo Bills for getting their second win out of the past ten games halfway through the season.

Even with the interceptions he still consistently throws for 2 or more TD's and over 200 yards... heck that game against Atlanta was almost 500 yards.
Like you said, the problem seems to be physical with Palmer this season and he's playing with an injured shoulder, but you also need to point blame to a defense with some great players who are all under-performing terribly.
With some time to build up strength and better coaching for both defense and offense, I think the Bengals will be just fine with Palmer. No reason to be fickle when your quarterback isn't posting crappy numbers like Brett Favre.
