English, of course. I took German in high school but after four years of it, I still don't know much.

I know a little bit of Japanese too, but not enough to get by in Japan.

I'm only able to speak English, but the study of linguistics has always fascinated me. If I had the time and resources, I'd love to learn tons of languages--German, Russian, Italian, Japanese...heck, Latin. Maybe someday I'll be able to pick up on at least one.

English, a few Japanese (can only read katakana and hiragana only)

Though I learned English first I can speak Hmong (too bad everyone tells me to get off there lawn

I know English and Hindi since those two languages are used in my house. Next to that I took French and Japanese for two years in school. I could comprehend things easily, but speaking-wise, I only know enough to get around which is still an added plus for me!
