In an interview that was supposed to be about his new band. He babbles insanely about the magazine. The creator passing away. And how he once entered a contest for the magazine.

Check it out. It's insane.

^ Well Id hardly call an interviewer mentioning-in a positive way-what most people knowing him for as a "dick". Hardly the Letterman condescending ass stuff. Two regardless the way Thorton handled it was like a total stuck up jerk. Should form a band with Christian Bale and maybe Alec Baldwin.

I'd pay to see it..and watching it again...yeah you're right...it's going to have to be mentioned...that's why they are interviewing him in the first place because his name brings attention to the band where otherwise it wouldn't have any. The guy has never really seemed all that stable anyways...but still, he asked em not to bring it up at all apparently. And Letterman is hillarious when he doesn't like a guest, it becomes so readily apparent and what's great is that he'll call you out on things...his interview with Bill O'Reily was great a couple of weeks back. And his Mr. Phoenix interview is pricless...after a while he just starts ripping him instead of taking the absurdity of it and just rolling over, I'd be upset too if someone that I was supposed to interview came like that. It's just rude and we need some a$$ holes in the press to call people out for being stupid and not be politically correct about it either. Sorry, my rant is over.

Yeah, that was really horrible of Letterman, acting RUDE and disrespectful to O'Reily, just because he doesn't share the same political views!!!!
He should take a page from O'Reily's book, and never let personal bias creep into his interviewing.
