I swear, my watch is stoping just by looking at these pictures. It's the Starbucks across from another Starbucks! Look, in the first picture, the guy is sitting at one of the Starbuckses and taking a picture of the other Starbucks.

Lewis Black was right!

Do note that the square center is empty, no cars in it. Obviously, they've all been sucked into another dimension when they try to go across beyond the two Starbuckses.

The true end of all that is will be when two more Starbucks open on the other two corners of that intersection. The stars will align, and the great Overlord shall return to cleanse the filth of existence!

I wonder which one gets better business?

Good God... And I thought it was absurd to have two Starbucks in the nearby mall (one per floor) with another across the street!

I hate Starbucks! Long live Michael's! Long live Michael's and the Second-Best Cheesecake in the World!

What marketing genius thought this idea up...it's kinda like 2 different gas stations being directly across the street from each other and one charging 10 cents more a gallon than the other.

There are places in downtown San Francisco where if you stand in the correct place and direction, you could capture FOUR Starbucks in frame, I'm not kidding! Two Starbucks within 100 feet of each other is not uncommon here. My office in the Financial District has 4 Starbucks within 2 blocks, 2 of which are just like the picture above... right across the street from each other. And they all do bangin' business.

Were those pics taken in Seattle, Vancouver or Portland?
