Surprised no one has posted anything about this yet. Kirby Puckett, one of baseball's greatest players ever, Hall of Famer, and Minnesota Twin, passed away this past Monday of a massive stroke in Arizona. A large memorial is going to be held this Sunday at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minnesota for Kirby and many baseball greats will be present.

RIP KIRBY, WE WILL MISS YOU!

I saw him play a couple of times when the Twins were visting the Angels. He was always a crowd favorite.

Way way too young to pass on.
