the sad thing is, they (as in uneducated idiots...not trying to make this racial) actually think it's "dey" and "dat" and stuff.

My English teacher in college told me stories about people handing in papers written in text-talk. It's amazing to hear and see this sh*t sometimes; I mean, typing on the internet among a group of friends isn't really that important, but that was really kind of pathetic.

And you never know who might be looking. I took a job skills course at the Comm. College here and one thing they told me was very important is your behavior on sites like Facebook and stuff, because sometimes employers look at that stuff. I don't know how often it happens but it kind of stuck with me, and it makes a lot of sense.
