I haven't been on in a while, though I am a relative newcomer. But I have not been able to participate much in any of the boards I belong to. Work issues arose, so its hard for me to get on during the daytime much now. But for me, its mostly about the toys. Much more so than the movies and shows. With money as tight as it is these days, its hard to keep my purchases up. So with few new figures coming in, I find the impetus to get involved hard to find. This could be the same with others. Just a thought.

My main time browsing forums is at work these days... and I have a new supervisor who for some reason finds work for me to do instead of just goofing off all day, so I haven't been on as much.

One of the reasons I haven't been around in a while is that I've had a sh*tty past few months. My (former) employer was really using me, and I've been a little depressed in some form or fashion for a good while. I feel better now; I'm working with my roommate who does basically the same thing but actually pays me. The other guy owes me about five hundred dollars and he won't answer my calls.

It's funny how that works; you don't want to be out of work, but sometimes it feels good to get out from underneath somebody. My "quality of life" over the last two weeks is the best it's been in months.
